Sell Your Art Online – 12 Week Program

This program provides a structured, 12 week roadmap for independent artists to build their online presence, grow their audience, and convert viewers into customers.


WEEK 0 — PREP
• Create a one page brand sheet: bio, mission, elevator pitch, 3 featured artworks.


MODULE 1 — FOUNDATIONS (Weeks 1–2)

Week 1 — Portfolio & Store
• Choose a platform (Shopify, Squarespace, Art Storefronts, or 1 marketplace). • Create home, shop, About, and contact pages.
• List 6–12 artworks with pricing.


Week 2 — Visual Assets
• Photograph artwork or create mockups.
• Build 3 reusable Canva templates for posts.
• Create a “content pack” of images in multiple formats.


MODULE 2 — AUDIENCE & CONTENT (Weeks 3–5) Week 3 — Social Profile Optimization
• Optimize Instagram/Facebook bios.
• Add store links and highlight reels.


Week 4 — Content Plan
• Create a 30 day content calendar. • Batch 10 posts + 5 reels.


Week 5 — Email List Setup
• Add email capture with a lead magnet. • Create 3 email welcome sequence.


MODULE 3 — CONVERSION & OFFERS (Weeks 6–8) Week 6 — Product Pages & Pricing
• Write story driven descriptions.
• Add shipping/returns.


Week 7 — Small Promotion
• Run a 72 hour promotion.
• Announce via social + email.


Week 8 — Social Proof & Partnerships • Collect 2 testimonials.
• Arrange 1 collaboration or feature.


MODULE 4 — ADS & RETARGETING (Weeks 9–11) Week 9 — Ads Basics
• Create 3 ad creatives.
• Install Meta pixel.

Week 10 — Launch Test Ads
• Run $5–$15/day, 7 day test.
• Track CPC, CTR, Add to Cart.


Week 11 — Retargeting Funnel
• Create retargeting ad for visitors.

• Add cart abandonment emails.


WEEK 12 — SCALE & SYSTEMS
• Review KPIs (traffic, email signups, AOV, ROAS). • Document workflows.
• Build a 90 day plan.
