ABOUT JESSICA
I am a nature photographer. I have been photographing nature for the last 30 years. I spend as much time as possible exploring the trails, waterways and natural areas to create images that exemplify a sense of peace and tranquility. I sometimes spend hours in the same spot anticipating the perfect light. I hope that my images will help others see the beauty of nature and the need to preserve the animals and natural areas that are fundamental to our world. My subjects include landscapes, animals, waterfalls, old buildings, flowers, and anything beautiful I find on my travels. Some of my photographs are taken in the infrared spectrum of light.
ABOUT BRIAN
Photography, for me, is a way of paying attention. Growing up in Wisconsin, I was drawn to the quiet shifts in light and weather—mist on the water, snow-softened trees, the last color in the sky at day’s edge. Picking up a camera became less about taking pictures and more about noticing moments that are easy to pass by. I work with natural light and minimal editing because I want each photograph to feel true to how it felt to stand there: the calm of a still lake, the warmth of sunset, the hush of winter. Photography is important to me because it turns those brief, quiet experiences into something we can return to. If someone pauses, breathes a little deeper, or feels a sense of peace when they look at my work, then the image has done its job.
ABOUT NANCY
I'm the type of photographer who walks with my head tilted back scanning the sky or staring down at the trail ahead observing little details. Patterns excite me--the way a fire escape zigzags against a wall, or how sunbeams slice through the trees and fog in early mornings. There is geometry everywhere: sharp triangles formed by bridges, perfect grids in building windows, spirals in the petals of a perfect flower. Patterns and light are my language. The world is a wonderful playground. I like to explore the cities and famous landmarks but also the overlooked corners and pathways in everyday places. It isn't just about the building, landscapes or woods; it's about rhythm, balance and the unexpected harmony of shapes and light.
