Formed in 1979 through grass-roots’ effort of the residents of the Merrill Neighborhood in the City of Beloit, NeighborWorks Blackhawk Region’s mission is to transform lives and communities by advocating for and empowering individuals and families to make informed housing choices.

Low-to-moderate income residents living in and buying homes in priority neighborhoods are eligible for special services and loan products.
