Little Women Talks Scheduled; Evergreen Theater

Join Jill Fuller and Sarah Wadsworth after the September 14 matinee for a special talk and question and answer session.
Jill Fuller is a librarian, aspiring writer, and history nerd with a B.A. in History and a Master's degree in Library and Information Science. She is also a member of the Louisa May Alcott Society. Though she first read and watched Little Women as a girl, Jill became interested/obsessed with Louisa after reading her journals and letters about 8 years ago. Jill identifies as a Jo, but with splashes of Meg.
Sarah Wadsworth, Ph.D. is a Professor of English at Marquette University.
Professor Wadsworth is a member of the Louise May Alcott Society and the Executive Director of the Henry James Society. She is a specialist in literature of the nineteenth-century U.S., book history, childhood studies, Henry James studies, women's literature.

Golfing for Hope; Howe Community Resource Center

For three days in September, three collaborating Green Bay non-profits will host a community-wide mini-golf outing to raise funds and awareness for the amazing work we do together to strengthen our community. Businesses and individuals will have the opportunity to build their own creative mini-golf holes and participants will be able to explore all of these mini-golf holes in small groups located throughout the Green Bay Area.

CALLING ALL SERVICE PROVIDERS!
Caring for a child that has physical or developmental special needs is difficult mentally, emotionally and financially. When insurance companies won’t pay and hard-working families can’t, Variety is here to stand in the gap!
The CARE Program focuses on providing funding for specialized care, such as respite care, youth development programs, etc.
Variety partners with various Wisconsin organizations and agencies that provide services to support the emotional and physical well-being of children with special needs and their caregivers.
