The Emerging Artist Spotlight on Up Arts Gallery was created to encourage and celebrate emerging artists throughout Northeast Wisconsin by giving them a supportive place to share their creativity with the community.
Art has the power to inspire, connect, and help young people express who they are. We are honored to help encourage the next inspired artists.
